What we do with your information
We’re a small shop, not an ad network. This page is a plain-language summary of what we collect, who handles it on our behalf, and how to ask us to change or delete it. Our full store policies (crafting, shipping, returns) live on the store policies page.
01 · Overview
What we collect and why
LS Craft Design is a small, handcrafted shop. We collect only the information we need to talk to you, fulfil your order, and run the shop. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
The information we collect, in plain terms:
— Your name, email and shipping address when you place an order (captured by our payment processor and passed to us only as much as we need to ship your piece).
— Your message and email when you use our contact form or chat with Lia, our AI assistant.
— Your email when you subscribe to the newsletter.
— Photos you upload as part of a custom house replica order, so we can build your piece.
— Server logs (your rough geographic region and the pages you visit), kept by our hosting provider for security.
02 · Who handles it
The services that touch your data
We do not process your information in-house beyond storing it in our shop database. A small set of trusted services do work on our behalf, and we have listed each one below along with what they do and where your data lives.
Cloudflare — hosts the website and our shop database (D1) in the United States. Stores orders, messages, design photos, review submissions, newsletter subscribers, and server logs. Cloudflare Email Routing also forwards order emails to our shop inbox.
Stripe — processes credit and debit card payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe; LS Craft Design never sees or stores your full card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe receives your billing name, email and shipping address as part of checkout.
PayPal — processes PayPal wallet payments. PayPal receives the information you give it at the PayPal checkout window. We only see the order confirmation and your shipping address.
Resend — delivers transactional email to you (order confirmations, shipping notifications, review invitations, newsletter). Your email address is held in Resend for delivery purposes; we do not use Resend for marketing tracking.
Z.ai, Cloudflare Workers AI, and Anthropic — process the messages you send to Lia, the AI shop assistant, in order to generate a reply. Your message is sent to whichever AI provider is available: primarily Z.ai's GLM model, with Cloudflare's Llama or Anthropic's Claude as fallbacks. Because Z.ai is operated outside the United States, chat messages may be processed abroad. We keep the last few turns in memory for the duration of the conversation and do not store the full chat history against your name.
Cloudflare R2 — stores the digital files you download (SVG templates) and the design photos our team uploads for your order.
No third-party advertising, no Facebook or Google tracking pixels, no remarketing tags.
04 · Lia
How our AI assistant handles your messages
Lia is the shop assistant in the corner of the page. When you type a message to Lia, the message is sent over HTTPS to our Cloudflare Worker, then forwarded to an AI provider to generate a reply — primarily Z.ai's GLM model, with Cloudflare Workers AI (a Llama model) or Anthropic's Claude model as fallbacks, whichever is available. Z.ai is operated outside the United States, so your chat message may be processed abroad. The model generates a reply and the Worker streams it back to you.
We do not link chat messages to your name or email. We do log an anonymized count of conversations for spam prevention. If Lia offers to save your message as a quote request, you explicitly provide your name and email at that point, and the request is then stored in our shop database so our team can follow up.
You can read more about how to reach a human instead of Lia on our contact us page.
06 · How long
How long we keep your information
We keep the records we genuinely need and dispose of the rest. Concretely:
— Orders and design photos are kept for as long as we run the shop. We need them for tax and warranty purposes, and so you can re-order a similar piece years later.
— Order messages (the chat thread in your order portal) are kept as long as the order exists.
— Email outbox entries (transactional email that has not yet been delivered) are kept for at most 30 days, then deleted.
— Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short tail to make sure we do not accidentally re-add you.
— Review submissions are kept until you ask us to remove them.
— Site analytics are aggregated counts (no per-user records).
07 · Your rights
Access, correction, deletion
You can ask us at any time:
— What we have on file for you.
— To correct anything wrong.
— To delete your information (with the exception of order records we are required to keep for tax and warranty purposes).
— To unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Email contact us and we will reply within a few business days. We will not charge you for the request, and we will not make you jump through hoops.
08 · Children
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has shared information with us, please email us and we will delete it.
09 · Updates
